I had such a positive experience from start to finish at LoneStar Endodontic! I needed a root canal quickly before an upcoming surgery. My dentist referred me to LoneStar and they got me in to see Dr. Monts the next day. Dr. Monts & Taylor were fantastic! So efficient and kind too. They gave as much novocaine as I needed and the procedure was absolutely painless. They were able to do the root canal and I didn’t even have to have the crown on top of it replaced. And they gave me a coupon for a free smoothie afterwards! I highly recommend LoneStar and wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to go back there. They are the best!

Dr Monts is amazing. I was skeptical because of my root canal experience somewhere else 10 years ago but my process was painless and clean. Not just him, but all of his staff is amazing! 10/10 recommended.

Referred to Lonestar by my Dentist since I needed a root canal. Great experience from start to finish! Brenda at the Front Desk was fabulous with processing and insurance! Dr. Dawar was extremely kind and professional and gave me her cellphone to call day or night if my infection got worse. The procedure went far better than I was told “root canals” typically go and Michelle, Dr. Dawar’s assistant, was spot on with everything during and after my procedure! If you have to have a root canal done, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Hands down!

Go somewhere else. I drove over 50 minutes for my appointment from South Austin and was turned away for being just 12 minutes late. I called at my scheduled time to let them know I was running behind, and they told me to come in and try. No one called back to warn me I wouldn’t be seen. They let me make the entire drive only to deny me at the door. When I asked to speak with the doctor, the staff were unkind and refused to even let me have a conversation. I’m dealing with what feels like an infected tooth, and rather than offering a simple scan, they’d rather send me home to wait another week and a half in pain. A little flexibility and basic communication would have gone a long way. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience. I won’t be back. Update: I made a same day appointment at Edge Endodontics, they were $100 cheaper for the same appointment, super high tech and kind. Go there.

From my phone call to schedule my appointment to my actual appointment, everyone at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Dr Monts and his hygienist Taylor were so incredibly helpful and attentive. My root canal was as painless as possible and I really appreciated them both walking me through the steps of my root canal and my healing after! Thank you so much for all your help! I HIGHLY recommend this endodontic practice, and the price point was WAY less than I originally expected!
